How should I prepare?
Each Medicine is different and requires a different style of preparation. A preparation call and kit are provided to you prior to your journey to maximize your experience and keep you safe.
Why are smaller ceremonies preferred?
Small ceremonies allow for more attention and stillness. Going within is the greatest work you can offer to your soul while voyaging with plant medicine. We often desire to express outwardly and space is held for this as well. Smaller ceremonies allow the shaman the opportunity to pour into you through sound and help you through possible difficult moments as they arise.
Where are ceremonies held?
Private ceremonies are held in nature in a safe space that has been consecrated in the physical and spirit realm. They can be held anywhere in the world as long as the expenses for the medicine and travel are covered.
How soon can I return to regular activities?
It is recommended that at least 24-48 hours after ceremony has subsided that you resume regular life duties to give yourself space to rest feel and begin integration.
